Tell us about your career so far. How did you get to the eCommerce & Digital business

Digital wasn’t just a calling for me; it was a spark that ignited a career. For over 15 years, I’ve nurtured that spark into a blazing fire, growing from a passionate enthusiastic teenager creating websites in HTML to a seasoned leader driving brand growth and sales across e-commerce. 

My professional journey began at Amazon then I moved to brands like Shell, Sony and Unilever that had the desire and need to join the digital transformation journey to be competitive, to drive more sales and marketing efficiencies. Each experience fuelled my entrepreneurial spirit, teaching me to prioritize customer-centricity and creative disruption to deliver award-winning campaigns and double digital e-commerce sales growth. 

For me, e-commerce is about connecting brands with shoppers directly. The dynamic dance of data, experience, personalization at scale and the endless potential for innovation to drive and be directly accountable for actual business outcome. 

What made you decide to speak at Savant eCommerce London event

I’m thrilled to be taking the stage at Savant eCommerce London 2024! As a passionate digital and e-commerce leader, I thrive on exploring the dynamic world of online customer experiences and driving brand growth.
