To qualify for a VIP Delegate Pass, you must be a senior leader, such as a VP, Director, or Head of eCommerce, CX, Digital Marketing, CRM, or Omnichannel.
With a Delegate Pass, you'll gain full access to all aspects of the event—from exclusive talks and structured networking sessions to our vibrant drinks receptions (an experience not to be missed!).
Solution providers, consultants and media agencies are not qualified for these passes. Please book a vendor pass.

If you are a solutions provider within the retail space, you're eligible to purchase a Vendor Pass.
