  • The Role

    You love doing research and have established excellent conference production skills?
    Would you like to have a career in a fast growing, ambitious and innovative event business?
    This is an exciting role for an ambitious conference producer with several years of
    experience in producing cutting-edge conferences, ideally in events, publishing or digital
    agencies. You will be responsible for an entire portfolio of leading boutique conferences in
    Europe and the US as well as for developing new exciting launch events and business
    opportunities.

    Your Job

    • You develop high-end business conferences for senior executives in Europe,
      North America and internationally
    • You conduct market research with leading experts to ascertain and validate
      event content, e.g. e-commerce, digital transformation, marketing, AI
    • You develop outstanding event programmes, interactive sessions, launch
      events and new business opportunities for senior executives worldwide
    • You identify the latest business trends and discuss their development with
      senior executives worldwide
    • You identify leading global players and industry leaders to secure top level
      speakers
    • You are in charge of in-depth sales, marketing and project briefs summarising
      the main findings of your research for the wider project team
    • You create inspiring content about your event for the website and other
      marketing channels (eg. expert interviews, case studies, blog posts, articles)
    • You work closely with the other event departments to drive success of your
      products
    • You run your events onsite, network with senior executives and develop future
      business

    Your Profile

    • Several years experience producing and managing conferences or similar
      events
    • Bachelor or master degree in social science, communication, marketing or
      business from a leading university
    • Proven track record of delivering the conference experience to attendees
    • A natural passion for business research
    • Excellent communicator with extraordinary speaking and writing skills
    • Self starter and ability to work unsupervised
    • Comfortable with high levels of phone activity speaking to business leaders
    • Passion to work in a commercial environment and develop new business
      opportunities
    • Native English speaker or equivalent English language proficiency

  • We are rapidly expanding our event portfolio and as a direct consequence of this we are looking for Sponsorship Managers to join our sponsorship sales team. You will be selling sponsorship opportunities for the Savant eCommerce Series, one of the most high-end boutique conferences in the industry. Reporting directly to our Sales Director you will be expected to meet and exceed agreed goals and targets. You will need to be able to demonstrate particularly strong questioning skills, developed from at least 2 years of consultative selling to senior decision makers, and in a target driven environment. This role is ideal for an ambitious sponsorship sales manager with a strong track record, looking to move their career to the next level. Conference sponsorship sales experience is a preference but not a prerequisite.
  • The Delegate Sales Representative is responsible for calling and getting high-level retail executives on board for our eCommerce flagship events. You will be selling VIP tickets and delegate passes across our event portfolio, including the established Savant e-Commerce Series and upcoming launch events. Reporting directly to our Sales Director you will be expected to meet and exceed agreed goals and targets. This role is ideal for an ambitious delegates sales manager with a strong track record, looking to move their career to the next level. Delegate sales experience is a preference but not a prerequisite.
