David Williams is Director of Online, EMEA for Deckers Outdoor, which currently turns over $1.4 billion globally, 10% of that through its online channels. He is responsible for launching the European ecommerce activity and strategy for its three brands active in Europe – UGG Australia, Teva and Sanuk. He has responsibilities including online marketing, merchandising, site development, web operations and customer services. His first dalliance with ecommerce began in 1999 selling books online for BCA, a Bertelsmann company ending up as Head of Website Management. He moved to Charles Tyrwhitt in 2005 to head up their web operation which led to a love affair with fashion ecommerce.
Martin WildChief Digital Officer, Media-Saturn-Holding
Martin Wild has been Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH since May 2014. Wild is regarded as a pioneer in the e-tail sector: In 1997, at the age of 18, he founded the online electronics retailer Home of Hardware (hoh.de). Ten years later, he sold HoH to Premiere. Wild has been part of Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH’s management team since 2011. He started his career as Vice President Multichannel, and one of his later positions included that of CEO of redcoon. As CDO, Wild is now responsible for Media-Saturn’s digital strategy and transformation – a recently created and forward-looking position.

Since 2004 he helped multiple Dutch and international brands establish and optimise their online customer dialogue.

Originally from the Netherlands, Damien launched his early career in Finance at Rabobank in Paris, returning to Rotterdam in 2008 to complete an MSc at RSM Erasmus University. Following this, Damien moved into a senior role in Equity Sales at Rabobank International, Amsterdam, where his team was ranked #1 in the prestigious Institutional Investor Research Team survey three years running. In 2012 he took up a role at Zalando AG, Berlin, moving up the ranks to Senior Business Development Manager. Under his management, Zalando was awarded best online company in Belgium. He joined MADE.COM in August 2014, prior to the company’s seamless expansion into the Benelux and overseas marketing and development in the region.

Yossi started as a radio DJ and voiceover talent in Tel Aviv, but then, unexpectedly, he moved to the UK and fell in love… with social media. He joinedao.com 4 years ago to maintain a small Facebook page with 2,000 fans. Although White Good might not be sexy, he and the team at ao.com decided to make kitchen appliances fun and engaging. Using competitions, videos, funny posts, and effective facebook advertising, they managed to bring the community to above 1.8 million fans. Today he manages the ao.com brand, including the TV and press advertising.

Britta Fleck is currently acting as the President and Managing Director of GLOSSYBOX USA. In early 2011, Fleck joined GLOSSYBOX as the Global Chief Operating Officer and later became the Senior Vice President of Global Brand Relations. Not only did Fleck supervise the global rollout of the premium beauty box subscription service, she also oversaw the material sourcing, supply chain as well as the GLOSSY magazine. Having been one of the first individuals working at GLOSSYBOX, Fleck’s expertise and accomplishments have been an integral part of the company’s growth and success today.
